Welcome to Secularism Exposed
This site will aim to present the naked truth of the intellectual and cultural fallacy of secularism, it will detail and refute its proponents and its intellectually dishonest adherents from the Muslim world.
This site will contain political and philosophical critiques of Secularism as the intellectual and governmental basis of the west, and propose a superior alternative way of life for the west, the Muslim world and mankind.
Introduction to the issue at hand
It has long been the tactic of Secularists to highlight the inability of religion to deal with politics and human affairs. It is this emphasis that forms the main and most effective argument in the cause of championing Secularism.
Once their main selling point is fixed, they then proceed to breakdown the obstacles to peoples acceptance of Secularism. These obstacles usually arise from the texts of theological books themselves, which normally run contrary to Secular ideas and philosophy. Therefore Secularists attack traditional interpretations (orthodox exegesis) and proceed to introduce convoluted ‘spirit-of-the-law’ interpretations (eisegesis i.e. to read your own bias and prejudice into a text) that, ‘just happen to’, fully comply with the demands Secularism wants from Religion.
The ‘shahada’ (testimony of faith) of Secularism is:
“There is no better way of life than Secularism, and Religion should not condemn it”
OR
“There is no better way of life than Secularism, and Religion condones it”
(This is what the religious Secularists believe, though Secular Humanists (athiests) would probably only believe in the former).
Thus, while very powerful and excellent textual based arguments are being used to fight secularist ‘interpretations’ of Islam, the battlefield is squarely being place on Islam. Even though Islam is intellectually robust enough to defend itself, to even entertain the legalistic arguments of secularists’ increases their stature. This leads to legitimising their interpretations, by default, as valid (even if seen a weak) legal Islamic interpretations rather than as foreign ideas that are totally inimical to Islam and an anathema to the Islamic basic principle of God’s sovereignty over all affairs in both universal and human spheres.
The blatantly un-Islamic creed of Secularism should be exposed from the outset, and by use of clear intellectual critique, shown to be false, absurd and irreconcilable with the pure, rationally coherent and divinely revealed Islamic beliefs, laws and creed (Aqeedah).
But like all other fallacies, the Achilles heel of Secularism lies in its intellectual basis. Therefore this site aims to take the fight to Secularism itself, by refuting it on a rational level and challenging the crux of the matter that had until now, been an article of blindly accepted dogma for secularists – ‘there is no better way of life than Secularism’.
So while Secularists continue to invent ‘interpretations’ of Islam which are usually characterised by fuzzy convoluted mental gymnastics that are so far removed from the text, one wonders if the Secular ‘interpreter’ is actually being serious (if not sarcastic)! This website will raise the intellectual leadership of Islam as not only incompatible to secularism, but in fact superior to it.
The site will aim to investigate, discuss and present the following topics:
A Critique of Secularism
This section will investigate, explain and critique each aspect of secularism’s:
- Historical origins,
- Philosophic basis (its justification),
- Social/political theory and solutions,
- Ruling systems (e.g. Democracy and Dictatorship),
- Schools of thought (e.g. Laïcité, conservatism, liberalism..)
- Alleged successes of it’s political solutions,
- Classical and contemporary non-Muslim advocates and their arguments.
Secularism and Islam
This section will present Islam as an alternative spiritual-political way of life to Secularism. It will also investigate, critique and expose:
- Secular Western attempts to ‘reform’ Islam from a holistic Deen (way of life) into a secular-compliant ‘religion’ and their strategy and agendas,
- The Secular arguments and agendas of contemporary Muslim advocates and supporters of a secularised Islam (e.g. secularist Muslims, client Muslim regimes, ‘modernists’, ‘moderates’ etc).
The Islamic response and solution
This section will present the options, solutions, resources and possible strategies available to the Muslims in order to counter Secularism and expose its intellectual fallacy to Muslims and non-Muslims seeking a better way of life but unaware of the alternatives.
This section will explain, discuss and elaborate:
- The intellectual diseases in the Muslim world (e.g. Blind traditionalism, Mental-colonialisation, defeatism, fatalism and eschatologism),
- The Islamic strategies for dawah (invitation to Islam) in the Muslim world and the west,
- The Muslim community’s Islamic rights, prohibitions and obligations living in a Western Secular country.
- The Muslim community’s Islamic rights, prohibitions and obligations living in a Muslim Secular country.
News
Finally, this section will provide updates of the latest developments in the intellectual and political worlds of Secularism and resurgent (Holistic) Islam.
This site is still constantly being updated – please vist for regular additions made daily/weekly.
New additions and updates will be added to the ‘Latest articles’ section.

Brother Suhayl,
err, the website is about ‘Secularism Exposed’, not ‘Islam Exposed’ LOL
Why would they need to put their faces it up? it wouldn’t make sense with the theme of the website? Are you so annoyed at the content, that you feel you have to have a bash at the authors?
Are you Secularist yourself?
